About the Company: High profile practice is looking to add an experienced Senior Architect with Residential sector expertise to the team with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.

About the Role: You will play a crucial role in overseeing project running, providing technical expertise with a track record of leading project teams, and delivering efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and run projects, potentially leading project architects and providing leadership in technical aspects
• Oversee regulatory compliance, site visit processes, and technical details to ensure the highest standards of design quality and craftsmanship
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Lead stakeholder engagement, resolve compliance challenges, and maintain project momentum
• Work across RIBA Stages 0–7 and coordinate with wider design teams and contractors

Must have:

• ARB-registered with minimum 5 years + experience in a similar role working on UK based residential projects
• Expert in compliance, technical design, and construction legislation
• Confident managing high-risk buildings and complex residential schemes
• Strong level of experience using REVIT
• Have strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
