About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Architect with experience in team leadership, contract management, and technical detailing. The successful candidate will work at the North East Lincolnshire Contract location as part of the Professional Service Design Team, delivering primarily commercial and educational property projects, including new builds and refurbishments.

EQUANS is a long-term regeneration partner for North East Lincolnshire Council, offering services in property, planning, design, highways, transport, and assets. The candidate will manage property construction projects from inception through detailed design, procurement, and delivery, leading a team of architects, technicians, and apprentices.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage construction professionals and oversee project teams
  • Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, valuations, and pricing for projects
  • Develop technical design solutions compliant with regulations and best practices
  • Provide technical support, including site visits and detailed design using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Advise on procurement, contracts, and tender documentation
  • Manage construction schemes, contracts, and client relationships throughout project lifecycle
