Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Senior Architect to join their Epsom studio, working within an international AJ100 practice delivering multidisciplinary services across large-scale projects. The role requires ARB registration and strong UK RIBA stage experience.

You will manage projects through all stages, liaising with contractors and the design team, with hybrid working as part of the arrangement. A permanent position in a leading UK practice offers career development and broad sector exposure.

Qualifications

• ARB registered and UK practice experience essential.
• RIBA Part 3 qualification with strong UK project delivery background.
• Experience across all RIBA work stages and broad sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion.
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Work with the design team on day-to-day project information.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.

Duties

• Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
• Attend design team meetings and site visits

Skills and experience

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages
• Strong experience working across a broad range of sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
