A dynamic, design-led architectural practice in Altrincham is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join its expanding team. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of commercial and mixed-use projects from concept through to completion
• Oversee the production of planning, tender, and construction packages using ArchiCAD
• Manage consultant and contractor coordination across all project stages
• Represent the practice in client and site meetings, ensuring clear communication and design integrity
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a positive studio culture

Skills and Experience:

• ARB-registered architect with significant post-Part III experience in senior or job-running roles
• Proven design leadership with strong technical expertise and attention to detail
• Proficient in ArchiCAD with experience delivering projects in the UK
• A confident communicator with excellent presentation and coordination skills
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning policy and building regulations essential
