Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Stockport

Salary: £39,000 - £45,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who work alongside the biggest names within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Architect to lead on their education projects for their Stockport based team.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:

* Deliver technical projects from planning stage to New Build delivery

* Carry out site visits and appraisals to ensure compliance is achieved

* Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams

* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit

* Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

* ARB registered

* Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice

* Experience managing projects within the education sector

* Strong design and detailing skills for a variety of projects

* Proficiency with Revit

* Job running experience

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work well independently and within a team

* Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
