Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Apprenticeships and Widening Participation Co-ordinator to lead the delivery and coordination of apprenticeship schemes, work placements, school engagement activities and career events.

You will support learners and recruitment, ensure funding compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive widening participation across Trust sites, partnerships with schools, and NHS career pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, apprenticeships, widening participation or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage competing priorities and be highly organised

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and coordination of apprenticeship schemes, work placements, school engagement activities and career events
• Coordinate widening participation activity, including work experience programmes, inductions and evaluations
• Support apprenticeship recruitment, onboarding and funding compliance
• Develop relationships with schools and colleges and connect widening participation to NHS career pathways
