Job summary

BLP Digital in the United Kingdom is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design and ship AI-powered internal tools that accelerate hiring, finance and ops workflows. You will leverage LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI tooling to deliver practical solutions inside our own company.

You move fast, ship in days or weeks, and own deployments end-to-end—from development to monitoring—driving impact with the latestAI tech.

Qualifications

• Technical background with real building experience.
• Shipped projects using modern AI tooling (LLMs, AI coding assistants, workflow automation).
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and deliver IRL solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered internal tools fast: days/weeks, not quarters.
• Evaluate, integrate, and chain AI models and APIs into production-ready tools.
• Create reusable tooling to free up hours company-wide.
• Write clean, scalable code that integrates with APIs, databases and third-party services.
• Own deployments end-to-end: build, test, ship, monitor and maintain.
