Job summary

BLP Digital seeks an Applied AI Engineer to build and ship AI-powered internal tools that accelerate hiring, finance and ops workflows. You will work at the frontier of LLMs, agent frameworks and AI tooling, applying cutting-edge tech inside the company.

You will own deployments end-to-end, ship in days or weeks, and partner with non-technical teams to turn pain points into automated solutions. Fluency in English is essential, German a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical background with building experience (CS degree, bootcamp or self-taught)
• Experience with modern AI tooling (LLMs, AI coding assistants)
• Startup or entrepreneurial DNA and ability to ship internal tools that scale
• Ability to move fast, communicate clearly and collaborate with non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered internal tools quickly (days/weeks)
• Evaluate, integrate, and chain latest AI models and frameworks into production
• Document tools so they free up hours company-wide
• Write clean, maintainable code that integrates with APIs, databases and services
• Own deployments end-to-end: build, test, ship, monitor and scale
