Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Applications Support Engineer to provide secondary leadership and backup for Matrix Teams within ITG. The role entails designing and overseeing enterprise-wide systems development, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and supporting the global enterprise application infrastructure.

The candidate will contribute to SDLC adherence, incident management, and budget-related activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or scripting for database maintenance, reporting, and development.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with Azure.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, and oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide systems development.
• Research and recommend software products to address business requirements.
• Ensure that the business and technical architecture of delivered solutions match customer requirements.
• Handle day to day sustaining activities for the global enterprise application infrastructure.
• Provide on-call support and manage incident reporting and change control processes.
