Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Senior Applications Developer and Data Specialist to join its ICT team in London. You will develop, integrate, and support Brunswick’s non-AI business systems, focusing on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and data platforms, while collaborating with Finance, BI, Marketing, and HR.

You will lead API integrations, automate workflows, support Power BI reporting, and uphold secure coding practices, ISO governance, and data quality standards across systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics – FSCM & CE.
• 5+ years of experience with C#, .Net, JavaScript.
• Strong SQL (PaaS), T-SQL skills.
• Python, Azure, including Web App Services, Azure Automation, Logic Apps.
• Azure DevOps and secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10).
• Identity/access management concepts; OAuth/SSO.
• Secure API design; REST/Graph APIs.
• Experience with third-party SaaS integrations (CRM, ERP, marketing tools).
• Deep data literacy and data modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain Brunswick core business applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and data warehouse components.
• Manage API implementations, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Develop and support internal ICT data and reporting mechanisms with BI and data platforms.
• Support Power BI reporting and data warehouse solutions.
• Embed secure development practices and support ISO audit activities.
• Reduce dependency on external contractors through in-house delivery.
• Contribute to application and data architecture decisions and roadmaps (non-AI systems).
• Oversee environment management for applications.
• Lead vendor discussions, roadmap reviews, and third-party assessments.
• Define data quality standards and ownership models across systems.
• Oversee DevOps and release management.
• Proactively engage business teams to identify automation and reporting opportunities.
