Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Senior Applications Developer and Data Specialist to join its ICT team, focusing on stability, security, and development of core non-AI business systems while enabling data and automation initiatives. You will develop, integrate, and support Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and data warehouses, collaborating with Finance, BI, Marketing, HR and internal ICT teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics - FSCM & CE.
• 5+ years of experience with C#, .Net, and JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills (PaaS, T-SQL).
• Proficiency in Python and Azure services.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Secure development practices and API design.
• Experience with SaaS integrations (CRM/ERP/Finance/Marketing).

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain core business applications including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
• Manage API integrations and automation workflows.
• Develop and support internal ICT data reporting mechanisms.
• Support Power BI reporting and data warehouse solutions.
• Embed secure development practices and support ISO audits.
• Reduce dependency on external contractors through in-house delivery.
• Contribute to data and application architecture and roadmaps.
• Oversee environment management for applications.
• Lead vendor discussions, roadmap reviews, and third-party assessments.
• Define data quality standards and ownership models across systems.
• Oversee DevOps and release management.
• Engage business teams to identify automation and reporting opportunities.
