Senior Applications Engineer Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Applications Engineer to join a growing semiconductor company focusing on battery management systems for the automotive industry, based in Edinburgh.

This role is split 50/50 between travelling and lab work.

Responsibilities:

1. International travel to customer sites and support with technical customer issues
2. PCB debug
3. Work with IC, Quality, Product, and Design teams to aid product development
4. IC Validation and evaluation
5. System level testing to support evaluation process

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of industry experience
2. Experience in a customer-facing role
3. Experience with IC evaluation/bench level validation
4. Understanding/experience with RF/Battery Management Systems
5. Experience using lab measurement equipment

Excellent social and communication skills are essential for this role.
