Job summary

Formula. in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager who will own the API integration strategy across internal systems, sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Architecture.

You will drive the delivery of secure, scalable APIs and advise on integration patterns, partnering with Salesforce teams and engineers to turn complex challenges into clear product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in a complex tech environment.
• Track record delivering APIs, integrations, or platform connectivity solutions.
• Strong grasp of API architecture, microservices and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to engage with senior engineers and influence technical decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning vision, roadmap and prioritisation for internal API and integration landscape.
• Shaping API strategy that supports business transformation, operational efficiency and long-term scalability.
• Partnering closely with engineering, architecture and Salesforce teams to define integration patterns and standards.
• Guiding the design of secure, resilient and reusable APIs.
• Leading integration initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery.
• Turning complex technical and operational challenges into clear, actionable product outcomes.
