RECfinancial are supporting a thriving local business in South Leicestershire to appoint a Senior Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk for a full-time, permanent position. This varied role requires a proactive and organised individual able to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

The role involves processing invoices, reconciliations, VAT returns, payroll support, and ad-hoc admin within the Finance team. On-site parking and a company pension are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Xero accounting software and MS Office.
• High attention to detail with accurate data reconciliation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Perform statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in VAT returns and monthly/ year-end closing tasks.
• Support payroll administration and credit control where needed.
• Maintain ledgers and prepare reports for management.
