RECfinancial seeks a Senior Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk for a full-time, permanent position based in South Leicestershire. The role supports a small, successful organisation with a proactive, organised approach to transactional finance.

You will manage multiple accounting and admin tasks while collaborating with the Director and team. The role covers supplier invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, VAT, and month-end duties, with a pension and on-site parking on offer.

Qualificações

• Experience with Xero and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
• Strong numerical and data reconciliation abilities.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable functions.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices accurately and timely.
• Log, track and resolve supplier queries.
• Perform statement and bank reconciliations.
• Review supplier BACS reports weekly.
• Generate timely invoicing on a daily/weekly basis.
• Process payments and track receipts.
• Handle purchase ledger invoices and timely payments.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reconciliations.
• Support cashflow management and month-end activities.
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash, credit cards, and expenses.
