Job summary

Information Gateways Inc is seeking an experienced CRC Operations SME to support sustainment and modernization of the CRC and related infrastructure. You will review TEMP, coordinate with branch leadership, and advise on policy positions.

The role requires hands-on experience as USAF Air Battle Manager or Aerospace Control and Warning Systems Operator, with extensive testing and fielding procedures knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as CRC Operations SME or equivalent in defense or aerospace environments.
• Rated operations experience as USAF Air Battle Manager (AFSC 13B).
• Experience with CRC weapon systems, operations, sustainment, and organizational structure.
• Familiarity with USAF testing procedures, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Knowledge of DTRB, dispositions, and fielding decisions.

Responsibilities

• Participate as Operations SME in CRC-related exercises, tests, experimentation, and table top events.
• Review and coordinate Test and Eval Master Plans (TEMP) and coordinate with branch leadership.
• Advise leadership to manage CRC processes, procedures, doctrine, and manning.
• Attend experimentation and development events providing CRC expertise.
• Assist leadership in assessment of CRC weapon system applications and operational concepts.
• Advise on fielding decisions after analyzing deficiencies from tests.
• Liaise with IG and other agencies to keep CRC policies current.
• Coordinate with system program offices and MAJCOM counterparts on capabilities.
