Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner for The Flying Scotsman Medical Centre, Doncaster. 37.5 hours per week, permanent full-time, salary up to £60,000.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice and working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury/illness qualification essential and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preferably Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or ACP status accreditation.

Aufgaben

• Provide care for patients from history through assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care within general practice.
• Collaborate with the practice team to meet patient needs and support policy implementation.
