Job summary

Baltimore Consulting is recruiting an Annual Review SEN Officer to support a Local Authority with statutory procedures, including Annual Reviews and maintaining ECHPs. The role features hybrid working and is Inside IR35 (Umbrella). Start date is 21st September with interviews the week of 7th September.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team, manage a high-volume caseload, and provide clear information to parents while signposting additional support where needed, with post-16 collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience of working within a Statutory SEN Team/Local Authority.
• 5+ years working within Annual Reviews.
• Enhanced DBS (Update service or within 12 months).
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular meetings within multi-disciplinary frameworks to include Headteachers, Educational Psychologists, and Parents – Including Annual Reviews.
• Manage a high-volume caseload utilising a customer focussed approach, ensuring qualitative work within statutory timeframes.
• Provide informative information to parents to ensure transparent processes and signpost to additional third party support/information where necessary.
• Support in post 16 procedures in collaboration with local FE Colleges.
