Baltimore Consulting is seeking an experienced EHCP Officer to manage a substantial caseload across Primary, Secondary or Post-16, in a fast-paced SEND statutory environment in Greater London.
You will lead the 20-week statutory assessment process, annual reviews, and collaborate with families, schools and multi-agency professionals, including CLA oversight, while working in a hybrid model with two days in the office weekly.

As an EHCP Officer, you will manage a varied caseload across Primary, Secondary or Post-16 phases, working alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

Your Role as EHCP Officer:
As an EHCP Officer, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, attend face-to-face meetings with schools and families, and contribute positively to a team-focused environment.
