Tripadvisor Experiences Engineering in the UK seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Android) to join a fast-growing mobile team. This remote-first role allows periodic in-person gatherings at Oxford or London offices, with candidates able to work from anywhere in the UK within commuting distance.

You will build and maintain Android apps, collaborate with product and design, and contribute across the full stack from code to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Android app development.
• Experience with reactive programming in mobile platforms.
• Strong communication and ownership across the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android apps with high quality code.
• Collaborate with product and design to define features and requirements.
• Work on backend microservices when appropriate to support mobile features.
• Own end-to-end software delivery including testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Coordinate with global engineering teams to ship features.
