You will collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers and Backend Teams to turn user needs into excellent Android experiences.

In this role you will lead feature development, promote best practices in architecture, and mentor engineers while working 3 days per week in the London office as part of a hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven Android development experience with apps on Google Play.
• Deep knowledge of Kotlin and Android architecture; Jetpack Compose experience.
• Experience using Dependency Injection, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex, scalable Android features.
• Drive mobile architecture best practices (MVVM / Clean Architecture).
• Maintain high code quality with reviews, tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and standardize engineering processes.
• Collaborate with design, product and backend teams to translate needs.
