Just Eat Takeaway.com in London is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to design and implement robust mobile architectures and ship high-quality features to millions of daily active users. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers and Backend Teams to deliver intuitive experiences.

You will champion MVVM and Clean Architecture, drive code quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and set engineering standards across the team.

Formación

• Proven Android development experience with shipping apps to Google Play.
• Deep knowledge of Kotlin and Android architecture; experience with Jetpack Compose and DI.

Responsabilidades

• Feature Development: Lead design and implementation of complex, scalable, maintainable Android features.
• Architecture & Quality: Drive MVVM/ Clean Architecture, code quality via reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize app performance for fast startup, smooth UI and low battery usage.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a technical authority, mentor engineers, and standardize engineering processes.
• Collaboration: Work across design, product, and backend teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
