Owen Thomas | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Android Developer in Leeds to join a growing fintech payments platform. You will lead an Android team, shape the technical roadmap, and scale services for a rapidly expanding product.

Join a fast-paced environment with modern Android tech, mentoring responsibilities, and a hybrid work model (2 days onsite). The role emphasizes strong collaboration with product and design, and delivering robust, scalable mobile experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or managing Android teams.
• Proficiency with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience integrating Android apps with backend services via APIs.
• Knowledge of MVVM, MVP, or MVI architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Experience with Git or equivalent version control.
• Understanding mobile security best practices and secure coding.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and maintenance of Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
• Optimize performance for high responsiveness and quality.
