Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking an Android engineer to join our team. You will contribute to the Android app and internal tooling, build new features from scratch, and help shape our learning culture while owning projects in small, focused teams across the bank-grade platform.

You will work in a hybrid environment with a focus on accessibility, security, and code quality, using modern Android libraries and a mix of Kotlin and Java.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Android apps and tooling in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin/Java and modern Android dev practices.
• Familiarity with UI testing (Espresso) and unit testing (JUnit).

Responsibilities
