We are looking for people with a background and/or experience in a strong consulting or sector transformation role. You will be expected to complete the following tasks to various degrees, depending on your level of seniority: Delivery

Responsibilities
  • Delivery:
    • Lead and managing teams, workstreams and/ or smaller consulting engagements within adult social care, embracing digital and placing it at the heart of the transformation journey with clients.
    • Leading complex client transformation programmes / projects with a strong focus on delivering impact (improved outcomes) and return on investment.
    • Managing the approach taken by the engagement teams to client workshops, meetings and presentations.
    • Ensuring all deliverables produced meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Relationships & Commercial Management:
    • Being a trusted advisor to clients and communicating confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Developing and nurturing key client relationships.
    • Managing stakeholder expectations proactively.
    • Involved in managing commercials to maximise engagement profitability.
  • Business Development:
    • Exploring new sales leads and existing account growth potential, then converting them into opportunities.
    • Making significant contributions to new business proposals based on a thorough understanding of clients' requirements.
    • Using existing networks and new client bases to explore and create new opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance and Practice Development:
    • Ensuring quality assurance processes within engagements/workstreams.
    • Supporting practice improvement with creation of new methodologies in keeping with technological advances.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience working on change and transformation projects within adult social care or local government
  • Knowledge of structures and business processes in local government and/or NHS
  • Experience working within a management consultancy and/or project management environment.
  • Experience in analysing and presenting data; and producing high quality documents and reports.
  • An interest and expertise in digital and technological innovation.
  • Experience of working and influencing others on projects; building and managing relationships and helping others to deliver change.
  • Experience of working with others to identify and define solutions to challenges.
  • Experience of facilitating, developing or supporting workshops, meetings, and other similar activities in a physical and virtual environment.
  • Experience managing a team; having a passion for team wellbeing and development.
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills, to achieve desired outcomes.
