Role Description

This is a full-time office and site visiting role for Senior and Graduate Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, located in Poole. The role involves managing and overseeing day-to-day tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management and reporting, Employer's Agent and Project Management. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• Experience with BOQ preparation and Cost Planning
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Understanding and experience in implementing JCT and NEC forms for contracts
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work in our Poole office and travel to sites throughout the UK and Ireland
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional membership or pursuit of membership with RICS is advantageous
