Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager to join our client's growing team. You will be hands-on technically, build strong client relationships, and help shape how analytics capabilities drive business outcomes across industries.

You will lead GA4 audits, implement measurement strategies, work with GTM and dataLayer, mentor a small team, and stay ahead of analytics best practices to deliver high-impact projects.

Qualifications

4-6+ years of hands-on experience delivering advanced GA4 implementations.
Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and dataLayer implementation.
Experience across GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, DV360 and/or SA360.
A track record of delivering technically complex projects for clients.
Experience managing client relationships and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Lead GA4 audits, implementations and measurement strategies for clients.
Design tracking solutions and collaborate with developers on dataLayer implementations.
Configure analytics through platforms including Google Tag Manager and Tealium.
Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic partner.
Deliver complex technical analytics projects across multiple industries.
Support and mentor a small team through leadership.
