Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager, Credit to join the Spend Squad and shape the future of our first credit products in a high-impact role. You will lead a global team of analysts and work closely with product, engineers, data scientists and designers to deliver robust credit decisions.

You will own the analytics data strategy and help scale decision-making with clear definitions, dashboards and data quality. London-based, hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data analytics experience with economics/finance/risk focus.
• Strong understanding of the credit ecosystem and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data science to stress-test credit risk models for SME customers.
• Leverage market data to validate modelling and decisions.
• Develop forward-looking loss and delinquency projections and feedback loops with product/risk decisions.
• Inform regional market launch strategies.
• Own and define the credit analytics data roadmap and data quality.
