Job summary

Capgemini in London is seeking a Business Analyst for Advanced Analytics in Capital Markets. You will partner with business, analytics and technology teams to gather requirements, translate them into dashboards and AI-driven insights, and support GenAI use cases.

Hybrid work blends office, client sites and home. You will facilitate workshops, write clear user stories, ensure traceability, and help drive wallet share and cross-sell opportunities across key metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong ability to convert business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and insight generation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define requirements for customer intelligence use cases, including assessment of relevant third-party data sources.
• Partner with analytics and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Define requirements for alerting solutions that monitor key internal and external business metrics.
• Support the development and delivery of GenAI use cases and collaborate with governance forums.
• Identify opportunities supporting wallet share growth, client prioritization, and cross-sell strategies.
• Create clear user stories, functional requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive requirements traceability through implementation and benefits realization.
