Job summary

Pleo is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the semantic layer and analytics standards across the organisation. You will develop, evangelise, and maintain modelling standards while shaping AI-augmented development practices used by Analytics Engineers across teams.

• Experience owning a semantic layer and metric definitions.

Responsibilities

• Define the semantic layer and canonical metrics.
• Set data modelling standards across domains.
• Lead Analytics Engineering community of practice.
• Own AI-native data development and governance.
• Lead AI-assisted migrations and data contracts.
• Design data models for AI consumption.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams.
• Contribute to external Data & AI products.
