Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Principal/Senior Analytical Consultant for a remote project focused on a pegylated enzyme program. The engagement can be up to 1.0 FTE, initially 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension.

Remote work is possible within the UK and EU, with preference for independent consultants. The role requires SME level expertise in analytical development, especially SEC-HPLC method development for Phase 3, and 10–15 years of industry experience.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred or MSc with substantial project-related experience.
• Proven SME level in analytical development in pegylated enzyme programs.
• Hands-on SEC-HPLC method development experience required for Phase 3.
• 10–15 years of industry experience (more years acceptable).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage the analytical strategy for a pegylated enzyme program.
• Act as SME across the team and provide guidance on the project.
• Lead and support SEC-HPLC method development and validation for Phase 3 registration activities.
• Assess analytical risks and develop mitigation strategies to support program objectives.
• Participate in project/scientific teams and provide guidance on development strategies.
