Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Analytical Development Scientist to join a leading biotech and pharmaceutical services provider in the UK. You will lead method development and validation for API manufacturing in a GMP environment, driving data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work on degradations studies, troubleshoot lab techniques, and contribute to continuous improvement in analytical capabilities, supporting project progression and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline.
• Proven experience developing, validating and troubleshooting analytical methods (HPLC/UHPLC/GC) in GMP.
• Strong ability to interpret complex analytical data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and validate analytical methods (HPLC, UHPLC, GC) in GMP environment.
• Conduct degradation studies and troubleshoot techniques to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Process Chemistry, Manufacturing and Quality to support timelines and data quality.
• Maintain GMP standards and document all laboratory activities accurately.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to method transfer and validation activities.
