Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Analytical Development Scientist for a leading biotech/pharma services provider in the UK. The role focuses on method development and validation for API manufacturing in a GMP setting, with hands-on lab work and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive method development, validation, and troubleshooting, ensuring high data integrity while complying with GMP.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline.
• Proven experience developing, validating, and troubleshooting analytical methods (HPLC/UHPLC/GC) in GMP.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data from analytical results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods (HPLC, UHPLC, GC) for small molecules and peptides in GMP.
• Conduct degradation studies and troubleshoot techniques to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Process Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support timelines and data quality.
• Maintain GMP standards and ensure accurate documentation of activities.
• Lead method transfer and validation activities and drive continuous improvements.
