Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Analytical Development Scientist to join a leading pharmaceutical/biotech organization in Northern Ireland. You will develop, optimise, and validate analytical methods (HPLC, UHPLC, GC) for API manufacturing, and perform degradation and stability studies in a GMP environment.

The role offers a hands‑on laboratory setting, collaboration with Process Chemistry, Manufacturing and Quality teams, and opportunities for flexible working arrangements

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Analytical/Chemistry or equivalent.
• Experience in method development, validation, or troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of HPLC/UHPLC/GC and degradation studies.
• GMP compliance experience in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and validate analytical methods (HPLC/UHPLC/GC) for API manufacturing.
• Conduct degradation studies to assess stability of pharmaceutical compounds.
• Troubleshoot analytical techniques and ensure data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with Process Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to meet project timelines.
