Job summary

ENTRUST PEOPLE LIMITED in Staffordshire is seeking a Senior Analytical Chemist for a hands-on role developing methods using ICP-OES and related techniques.

You will maintain instrumentation, calibrations, QC checks and enable method development and validation, with exposure to XRF, XRD and AAS.

Join a busy QC team, contribute to training of staff, and ensure all activities meet Quality and Health & Safety standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BSc in Chemistry or related subject.
• Hands-on experience with ICP-OES or ICP-MS.
• Method development and validation experience.
• Knowledge of XRF, XRD and AAS.

Responsibilities

• Developing and validating analytical methods.
• Maintaining instrumentation, calibrations, QC checks, standards.
• Understanding of XRF, XRD, and AAS.
• Ensuring activities align with Quality and H&S standards.
• Training and supporting QC analytical staff.
