Job summary

FAIRR Initiative is seeking a Senior Analyst to shape FAIRR’s Protein Diversification programme and support investor engagement under senior leadership. The role collaborates with the Head of Food Innovation & Social Risk and a team of technical specialists to drive engagement strategies and research outputs.

You will contribute to data analysis, company assessments, and investor dialogues across food system transition topics.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ESG risks and opportunities in global food systems.
• Experience with investor engagement activities.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior professionals and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, professional approach in stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement strategies with internal stakeholders and evolve tactics to maximise impact.
• Assist investor and company engagements, prepare materials and track actions.
• Support delivery of thematically relevant reports and written outputs for external audiences.
• Lead company and sector research with emphasis on financial materiality and data accuracy.
• Mentor junior analysts and support ad hoc research requests.
