FAIRR Initiative in London is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Protein Diversification Research & Engagements team, working with investor engagement under the Head of Food Innovation & Social Risk and in collaboration with the programme Manager and technical specialists.

The Senior Analyst will primarily support Protein Diversification research and investor engagements, and will participate in Social Risk activities, collaborating with the Social Risk team as priorities require.

Formación

• Understanding of ESG risks and opportunities in global food systems.
• Experience with investor engagement and communicating with stakeholders.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to engage with senior professionals and influence decisions.
• Proactive, professional demeanor when interacting with external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience assessing corporate disclosures relating to nature-related risks.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% of time).

Responsabilidades

• Support engagement strategies with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape and launch the protein diversification engagement plan.
• Coordinate day-to-day investor engagements, prepare materials, manage call notes, and track actions throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Assist in delivering thematically relevant reports and written outputs for external audiences under senior guidance.
• Lead and contribute to company and sector research for the Coller FAIRR Protein Producer Index and Seafood Index.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and interns, supporting high-quality research and timely delivery.
