Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join the European Omni-Channel Strategy & Planning team, sitting within the broader European Omni-Channel Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and the strategic financial analysis of Clienteling within EMEA. The successful Analyst will explore performance data to identify key insights and opportunities to accelerate the business. This position will suit a highly numerate person who is excited about deep diving into complex datasets to provide actionable recommendations. The role will work closely with other teams within the Marketing department, as well as key functions in the wider business, such as Retail Planning and Finance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drive performance and efficiency between Marketing (Clienteling) and Retail Business. · Fiscal, Quarterly and Monthly forecasting and budgeting. · Weekly calls with relevant Regional Leads and Store Managers deep diving into performance and future opportunities. · Risks and Opportunities scenario modelling to maximise sales and margin. · Monthly forecast calls with Regional Leads. · Provide retail team reports (by Sales Associate) reflecting relevant levels and targets per store/SA. Strategic Planning · Partnering with the Clienteling and CIX teams to maximise ROI on marketing activity within the channel. · Support CRM and Clienteling team on Outreach strategy to maximise return per outreach efficiency.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Analytically minded with creative flair and interest in luxury retail · Keenness to learn and to innovate; self-motivated with a can-do attitude. · Ability to work to strict deadlines · Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required · Experience with SQL, Adobe Analytics, BI or Tableau a plus · Strategic Analytical thinking · Comfortable manipulating large amounts of data · Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly · Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative · Excellent communication skills; ability to present clear recommendations to multiple levels of management
