Nationwide in the United Kingdom is seeking a temporary secondee to support the Unsecured Strategy team within Collections & Recoveries. The role, based in Northampton, offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week on-site or 40% time if part-time, as part of a 12-month secondment.

Job description

Working in the Business Support area of Nationwide’s arrears management function, Collections & Recoveries, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to progress their career within the Unsecured Strategy team.

The role will focus on enhancing the team’s insight into the delinquent portfolios for all products that support the department’s vision to “Deliver best in class Collections and Recoveries performance through great customer service, via inspired people in a flexible and cost-efficient manner with the agility to adapt to changing business needs”.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.

This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.
