The Adults and Children's Performance and Insights team plays a vital role in helping Milton Keynes City Council understand how services are performing, supporting evidence-based decision-making, service improvement, and statutory accountability. Working closely with Adult Social Care and Children's Services, the team transforms complex information into clear and meaningful insight that supports better services and better outcomes for local people.
As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role in providing accurate, timely intelligence that helps managers and senior leaders make informed decisions. Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you'll contribute to high-quality reporting, statutory returns, business intelligence, and evidence-based service development.

This role may be suitable for home working, following an assessment. Home-based roles require a minimum of one day per week working from the office or site. Interviews for this role will be held on 10th September 2026.
