Job Opening: Senior Analyst in London

Role

Senior Analysts are members of the Advisory team, working with a wide range of clients to evaluate the market and economic feasibility of hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations worldwide. This intermediate position is suited for a real estate professional who is highly numerate, comfortable with quantitative data and analysis, and responsible for delivering assignments while liaising directly with clients. The Senior Analyst reports to the Studio Director.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and perform research and data collection activities collaboratively.
2. Design and support engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
3. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to assess impact on development opportunities.
4. Apply interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration to ground ideas in research insights and constraints.
5. Maintain a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs.
6. Work closely with the Senior Consultant, Advisory Studio Director, and team to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in real estate/hotel development and/or consulting preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Critical and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly numerate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling.
• Well-traveled with broad knowledge of geography, economics, and global affairs.
• Organizational skills and good project administration and support coordination.
• Passion for leisure and tourism, with a solid understanding of the hospitality sector.
• Second language proficiency is an advantage.
