Support our unit-linked Investment Proposition by working on projects to define the future of customer-facing reporting, including fund fact sheets. Responsibilities include understanding current processes, defining business requirements, and creating a harmonized model for Phoenix Group. You will develop and evolve collateral to set and maintain clear customer expectations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and refine investment content, ensuring it aligns with customer, client, and stakeholder perceptions and needs.
