Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join a brand-new Cambridge office. You will design, model and verify high-speed analog circuits in FinFET technologies, using Cadence tools, contributing to new architectures and technologies.

The role involves research, hands-on design and collaboration with a growing European semiconductor group. Patents, stock options, private medical insurance, pension, and relocation support may be provided.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Electronic Engineering or equivalent required.
• Several years of industry experience in analog IC design.
• Experience in high-speed analog/mixed-signal design, SerDes, PLLs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, model and verify high-performance analog ICs in advanced tech nodes.
• Contribute to new circuit architectures and innovative technologies.
• Collaborate on research and bring ideas through to implementation.
