Job summary

IC Resources is recruiting for a Senior Analog IC Modelling Engineer to join our client, one of Europe’s fastest-growing Semiconductor companies. This role can be based either in Berkshire or Cambridge, with visas and relocation sponsored.

You will own modelling activities across multiple levels of abstraction, collaborating with analog design, simulation and system modelling teams. You will develop accurate models for complex high-frequency analog circuits to support both circuit-level design

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analog IC design and/or modelling.
• Strong experience developing models for high-frequency analog circuits.
• Programming/ modelling with Verilog-A, SystemVerilog, Python and/or MATLAB.
• Experience with Cadence analog design and simulation tools.
• Solid understanding of analog circuit behaviour, simulation and modelling methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with analog IC designers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own modelling activities across multiple abstraction levels.
• Develop accurate and efficient models for complex high-frequency analog circuits.
• Support circuit-level design and system requirements with models.
• Improve modelling methodologies, simulation efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure correlation between modelled and transistor-level results.
