Qualifications

• MB BS or Equivalent
• Full GMC Registration
• Higher Specialist Training or eligibility for Specialist Register
• FRCA or equivalent
• Current BLS Certification
• Membership of relevant Specialist Societies or Associations
• Higher degree (e.g. MSc, MD)

Responsabilités

• Maintain highest clinical standards in anaesthesia care.
• Share day-to-day patient management with colleagues.
• Promote integrated care and community partnerships.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences.
• Supervise and train junior medical staff.
• Be involved in appraising juniors and CPD activities.
• Lead teaching, research and administrative duties.
• Contribute to service development and governance.
• Ensure adherence to quality initiatives and governance policies.
• Provide instruction for junior staff and students.
