Job summary

EY is seeking an Alliance Investment Manager to drive new programs and extend existing programs across Europe and beyond. The role focuses on managing alliance investments, governance, and financial mechanisms, coordinating with Global and regional teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

You will work in a dynamic ecosystem of alliances that EY leverages to deliver client value, transform businesses, and stay agile in the face of disruption, with travel to various regions as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or consulting services for technology or professional services company.
• Experience in alliance investment or incentive programs.
• Strong networking and influence management to drive actions across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Direct alliance teams involved in investment programs and manage approvals across GCO, Independence and Alliance Leadership.
• Oversee execution of investment programs ensuring EY policy compliance.
• Coordinate with regions/countries to leverage programs with proper contracts and financial mechanisms.
• Oversee GDS resources providing reporting and transaction support.
• Ensure Ecosystem Tool is up to date and accurate for alliance activity.
• Coordinate with Independence to ensure transaction reviews are compliant.
• Promote program benefits to EY usage across the organization.
