Job summary

EY is seeking an Alliance Investment Manager to lead alliance investment programs and drive cross-region collaboration. The role focuses on standing up new programs, coordinating legal and financial contracts, and ensuring compliance with EY policies while enabling growth across Europe and beyond.

You will oversee reporting, governance, and enablement services, coordinating with GCO, Independence, and Alliance leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or consulting services for technology or professional services.
• Experience in alliance investment or incentive programs.
• Excellent networking and influence management skills.
• Highly credible communicator with strong organization and project management.

Responsibilities

• Direct alliance teams in investment programs across GCO, Independence and Alliance Leadership.
• Oversee the execution of Investment programs in line with EY Policy.
• Coordinate with regions and countries for contract and financial mechanisms.
• Oversee GDS resources providing reporting and transaction-level support.
• Ensure Ecosystem Tool is up to date and accurate.
• Coordinate with Independence to ensure compliant transaction reviews.
• Promote the benefits of programs to enable proper EY-wide usage.
