Job summary

Copello Global Ltd. is seeking an Algorithm Specialist to contribute to advanced engineering systems from concept to in-service support. You will develop algorithms across guidance, control, navigation and data fusion while collaborating with engineers from multiple disciplines.

The role emphasizes algorithm research, testing, and validation, supporting product development and ongoing system improvements. A strong mathematical background and experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C/C++ are

Qualifications

Degree in a mathematically focused discipline (e.g., Aerospace, Control, Mechanical, Math, Physics, CS).
Understanding of algorithms in control, navigation, guidance, tracking, data fusion or ML.
Experience in algorithm research, product development or technical support.

Responsibilities

Develop algorithms across guidance, control, navigation, tracking, data fusion and mission planning.
Support algorithm research, development, testing and validation throughout the lifecycle.
Contribute to development and ongoing support of complex engineering systems.
Collaborate with software, simulation, modelling, sensors and systems engineering teams.
Apply mathematical and engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges.
Explore new technologies to improve system performance.
