MBDA UK Limited is seeking an Algorithm Developer for the Weapon System Algorithms and Performance team. You will design, develop, and test mathematical algorithms to advance our weapon system capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

The role requires a numerate background, strong mathematical skills, and collaboration across multiple engineering domains. Hybrid working is available with on-site collaboration and performance-driven rewards.

Qualifications

• A numerate graduate or post-graduate qualification in Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science.
• Mathematical analysis, modelling and numerical simulation experience preferred.
• Commitment to product quality and rigorous processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test mathematical algorithms using Matlab/Simulink and Python.
• Collaborate with Software, Human Factors, Simulation and Modelling, and Systems teams to define algorithm functionality.
• Contribute to Mission Planning and Command and Control algorithms development.
