Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Airworthiness Engineer to lead commercial aircraft certification programmes and drive safety, quality and technical excellence. The role involves developing, certifying and integrating modification solutions across cabin interiors, IFE, connectivity and emerging tech.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in engineering and at least 3 years in an EASA Part 21 environment, with fluent English and UK work rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in an EASA Part 21 Design environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the route to certification for modification projects and develop change classifications and compliance checklists.
• Liaise with EASA on applications for STC and major design changes.
• Develop and deliver training materials for the design organisation and support continuous improvement.
• Monitor new regulations issued by EASA and ensure activities stay within approval terms.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions following audits or incidents.
